Introduction
Welcome to Client ETA.
By accessing or using Client ETA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Client ETA is a membership-based platform designed to help verified members manage bookings, access client-related information submitted by members, share arrival updates, and use other platform features.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Definitions
- "Client ETA" refers to the website, mobile application, services, systems and associated features operated by Client ETA.
- "Member" means any individual approved and granted access to the platform.
- "Client" means any individual whose information may be searched, recorded or referenced through the platform.
- "Arrival Update" means the temporary sharing of estimated arrival information and generalized location information for a booking.
- "Safety Concern" means a warning submitted by a member regarding behaviour they believe may present a concern to other members.
- "Public Note" means Safety Concern information visible to approved members.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is available only to individuals approved by Client ETA.
Applicants may be required to provide information including a phone number, advert link, website link or any other information reasonably required for verification.
Client ETA reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate any membership application at its sole discretion.
Membership access is personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold or assigned to another person.
Membership Fees and Refunds
Membership fees are payable in advance.
Once membership has been activated, approved or access to the platform has been granted, all membership fees are non-refundable.
Client ETA may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds where required by law.
- Change of mind.
- Failure to use the platform.
- Account suspension.
- Account termination.
- Device changes.
- Removal of features.
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Use the platform honestly and responsibly.
- Provide accurate information during verification.
- Respect the privacy of clients and other members.
- Use information obtained through the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain the security of their registered device.
- Not submit knowingly false information.
- Not harass, threaten or intimidate any individual.
- Not publish confidential or personal information.
- Not publish addresses, financial information or identification documents.
- Not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Not share membership access with any other person.
Confidentiality of Platform Information
Information available through Client ETA is provided exclusively for approved members.
Members must not copy, share, distribute, publish, screenshot, record or disclose information obtained through the platform to any client, third party or non-member.
Members must not disclose the existence, content or source of reports, indicators, Safety Concerns or other information obtained through the platform.
Members must not use information obtained through the platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, confront or retaliate against any individual.
Any member found sharing confidential platform information may have their membership permanently terminated without notice and without refund.
Arrival Updates
Arrival Updates are voluntary.
By choosing to share an Arrival Update, a user consents to the temporary sharing of estimated arrival time, generalized location information, and arrival progress updates.
Client ETA does not display exact locations, home addresses, work addresses, full travel routes, or location history.
Arrival Updates are intended solely to facilitate booking-related communication.
Users may stop sharing Arrival Updates at any time.
Reports and Safety Concerns
Members are solely responsible for any content they submit.
All reports, indicators and Safety Concern notices must be truthful, accurate and based upon genuine experiences.
Members must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, malicious or abusive content.
Client ETA reserves the right to remove, edit, restrict, review, moderate or permanently remove any content submitted to the platform.
Safety Concern Notices
Where available, members may submit a Safety Concern notice.
Only the latest Safety Concern note may be displayed publicly to members.
Previous Safety Concern notes may remain stored within the system but may not be publicly displayed.
Only approved members may access Safety Concern information.
Client ETA does not independently verify the accuracy of member-submitted reports and accepts no responsibility for user-generated content.
Device Registration
Client ETA may associate membership access with a registered device.
If an application is deleted, reinstalled, or accessed from a different device, additional verification may be required.
Membership remains active within the system; however, access may be restricted until re-verification is completed.
Client ETA reserves the right to restrict access where device activity appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal membership use.
Membership Suspension and Termination
Client ETA reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate membership at any time where a member breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, submits false reports, harasses users, shares confidential platform information, misuses the platform, attempts to bypass verification requirements, uses the platform unlawfully, or creates a risk to other members or the platform.
Termination may occur immediately, without notice and without refund.
Data Protection
Client ETA is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its members.
Personal information may be collected and processed for purposes including membership verification, account administration, platform security, arrival update functionality, customer support, and the provision of Client ETA services.
Client ETA processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By using the platform, members consent to the collection, storage, and processing of information necessary for the operation of the service.
Members may request access to their personal information, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request deletion of information where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
Client ETA provides information submitted by members.
Client ETA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any member-submitted information.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and interactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client ETA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, claim or consequence arising from the use of the platform.
Safeguarding and Law Enforcement Requests
Client ETA may disclose information where required by law, court order, legal process, safeguarding concern or where necessary to protect individuals from harm.
Any disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Changes to These Terms
Client ETA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Information displayed on the platform reflects the opinions, experiences, and submissions of individual members and should not be treated as fact.
Members are responsible for conducting their own assessment and exercising their own judgement when using information obtained through the platform.
Client ETA accepts no responsibility for any decision, action, loss, damage, dispute, or consequence arising from reliance upon member-submitted information.
