Client ETA allows you to share temporary arrival updates for a booking without revealing your exact location.

Terms and Conditions
When you choose to share
  • The member can see a generalized area of your current location.
  • The member can see your estimated arrival time (ETA).
  • The member can see whether you are travelling towards the destination.
What is not shared
  • Your exact location
  • Your full travel route
  • Your home or work address
  • Your location history
  • Any location information once sharing has ended

Arrival updates are temporary and intended only to help confirm that you are on your way to a booking.

You remain in control and can stop sharing your arrival updates at any time.

Client ETA is designed to provide arrival updates while helping protect your privacy.
